We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return will be processed based on the same receipt price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you’re unsure about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out for assistance.
