Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will keep you informed.

Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier’s website.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, you can easily reschedule the delivery.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.
